The Lucky 63 is a system bet that may be played on bet slips containing 6 events. It is called Lucky 63 because it is made up of a total of 63 bets which include 6 singles bℱets, 15 doubles bets, 20 treble bets, 15 4-fold bets, 6 5-fold b💧ets and, last but not least, one 6-fold accumulator.

Since the Lucky 63 ranges from bets on singles all the way to the final 6-fold accumulator, punters are guaranteed a return with at least one successful event out of the 6 chosen. There is, on the other hand, no guarantee that the return will be profitable when the number of successful events is low, but the probability of a profitable margin is quite high f꧅or Lucky 63 bets which land at least 3 successful events.

What Is A Lucky 63 Bet?

Note: A Lucky 63 is similar to a Heinz bet in that both bets consist of 6 selections, the only difference is that a Lucky 63 is a complete coverage bet and therefore,💦 al♊so includes singles.

How Does a Lucky 63 Bet Work?

The first step would be to choose the 6 events you wish to place a bet on and add them to your bet slip. After this, the betting site will generate a list of all accepted bet types, where you will find the Lucky 63 which is madeℱ up of the following:

Bet typeCombinations
Singles (x6)1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
Doubles (x15)1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5, 1-6, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 2-6, 3-4, 3-5, 3-6, 4-5, 4-6, 5-6
Trebles (x20)1-2-3, 1-2-4, 1-2-5, 1-2-6, 1-3-4, 1-3-5, 1-3-6, 1-4-5, 1-4-6, 1-5-6, 2-3-4, 2-3-5, 2-3-6, 2-4-5, 2-4-6, 2-5-6, 3-4-5, 3-4-6, 3-5-6, 4-5-6
4-fold accas (x15)1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-5, 1-2-3-6, 1-2-4-5, 1-2-4-6, 1-2-5-6, 1-3-4-5, 1-3-4-6, 1-3-5-6, 1-4-5-6, 2-3-4-5, 2-3-4-6, 2-3-5-6, 2-4-5-6, 3-4-5-6
5-fold accas (x6)1-2-3-4-5, 1-2-3-4-6, 1-2-3-5-6, 1-2-4-5-6, 1-3-4-5-6, 2-3-4-5-6
6-fold acca (x1)1-2-3-4-5-6

For this type of bet, you will only be able to place an equal stake on all the bets mentioned above, so a £1 Lucky 63 stake will cost you £63 since the system will multiply the stake placed by the number of bets forming the Lucky 63. Similarly, if you decide to place a £10 sta💃ke, the overall cost will be £630.

Step 1 – Firstly, you would need to find a betting siteཧ that offers the opportunity to placℱe a Lucky 63 bet. This is not something that all betting companies do so we suggest visiting any of our top recommended betting sites to place a Lucky 63.

Step 2 – Once you have chosen a preferred betting site, select 6 events to bet on. Remember that you may choose to bet on different sports within the same Lucky 63, however, we only recommend this if you are actively and closely following the different sports. As an example, we will be choosing 6 fo𝓡o🧸tball bets:

  1. Manchester City vs Arsenal – Man City to win

  2. Aston Villa vs Brentford🧜 – Aston Villa to win

  3. Brighton vs Everton – Draw

  4. Liverpool vs Chelsea – Both Team to score

  5. Wolves vs Manchester United – Paul Pogba 😼to assist anytime

  6. Norwich vs Leicester – Over 1.5 goals

Step 3 – After having chosen the 6 events carefully, you will need to find the Lucky 63 option under the multiples option in the bet slip. Here, you may find all the multiple bets possible with those 6 events. The options available will change depending on the amount of events added to the bet slip, so by adding more options you will unlock the Super Heinz and Goliath bet, while by reducing the amount of events you will be able to go for a Yankee or Canadian (or Super Yankee) amongst others.

Step 4 – The final step would be to place a stake. Once again, it is important to remember that any stake placed will be multiplied by 63, so even t💃he smallest of stakes (such as £0.50 as in the example) may result in considerable total stakes.

From that point onwards, the excitement of watching your bet events being played out starts. You normally also have the option to do this by following the matches on the website’s own live streaming service – if the match is available.

Possible Outcomes

Keeping the same events as mentioned above and placing a £31.50 stake (£0.50 on each bet), we have calculated the minimum and maximum possible return based on the amount of correct outcomes achieved. In order to calculate the lowest possible return, we will assume that the events with the lowest odds are the correct ones and will continue to add the events in ascending order. The complete opposite will be assumed for the maximum i.e. the highest odd bets are correct and we shall add on the next events in descending order, with the lowest odd𝓰s being added to the winnings last.

Possible OutcomeReturn if Lowest Odds Bets WinReturn if Highest Odds Bets win
1 correct outcome£0.60£1.88
2 correct outcomes£1.92£9.24
3 correct outcomes£6.11£28.23
4 correct outcomes£18.99£77.92
5 correct outcomes£79.41£172.03
6 correct outcomes£379.06£379.06

As you may see, it can take up to 4 to 5 correct outcomes to actually make a profit offౠ this Lucky 63 bet. That being said, one of the biggest posไitives about this type of bet calculation is that you are still guaranteed some form of return, even if only 1 event from the 6 you have bet on turns out to be correct.

The figures in the above table will naturally change depending on the odds which the chosen events have, and manually calculating the changes might not be something everyone is comfortable with. That is where a Lucky 63 bet calculator would come in handy. In fact, ThePuntersPage is currently working on developing a calculator so that you may be able to switch odds around as you please and get a clearer idea of the potential winnings of a Lucky 63 bet.

In the meantime, we suggest using BetVictor’s Lucky 63 calculator. To use this bet calculator, you simply need to enter the prices of your 6 selections as well as the stake you plan on placing. The calculator will work its magic and show you what you stand to win if everything goes your way. You will also be able to experiment with different outcomes to see how they affect the potential returns.

Due to the way a Lucky 63 is calculated, it allows the punter to bank on any correct outcome to generate a return on the bet. With a 6-fold acca, all the punter's money is put on one possibility out of 64 (including the possibility that all bets are incorrect). This means that the Lucky 63 bet does not rely on luck as much as you’d expect it to, given the fact that it guarantees some sort of return in 63 out of a possible 64 scenarios.

Since the risk of a Lucky 63 bet is perceived to be much lower than that of a 6-fold acca, it comes as no surprise that the reward is then less appealing in comparison. Taking the same example of the 6 English Premier League matches mentioned above🌼, if a punter was to place a £1 Lucky 63 bet (total £63), then the potential total winnings would be £758.12 while a £63 stake on a 6-fold acca on the same odds would result in a potential๊ of £3,557.76 in winnings.

At the end of the day, it all comes down to how risk tolerant or risk averse you are, whethꩲer you prefer going all in on one possibility or happily accepti🍌ng lower potential returns than risking getting none at all.

An each-way Lucky 63 bet is a synonymous bet with horse racing, where punters can bet on a horse placing in the top positions apart from being able to bet on a horse winning the race. This kind of bet is therefore a bet on a particular horse to win and that same horse to place within the first places (typically the first 3). This means that an each-way Lucky 63 bet consists of double the number of bets in a normal Lucky 63 bet as it places two stakes for each outc♏ome – one on the horse to win and the other on the horse to place. This way the punter gets some returns with either of the resu𒁏lts.

In total, such a bet is made up of 126 bets, all at equal stakes. Naturally, one must keep the high number of bets involved in mind when placing a stake. Compared to a Lucky 63, an each-way bet is eve🎃n less risky given that it allow🐲s the punter to be less precise when placing the bet. Therefore, the stake vs winnings ratio will be lower.

A Lucky 63 bet might not be the most popular type of bet; however, we feel it strikes a sweet balance between risk and guarantee of a return and might prove to be a more profitable option in the long run. It would probably be a go-to bet for someone with extensive knowledge about a particular sport such as football and horse racing who is looking to include a couple of risk൲y bets into an accumulator.

It is a system bet spread over 6 events with a total of 63 bets: 6 si🔯ngles bets, 15 doubles bets, 20 treble bets, 15 4-fold bets, 6 5-fold bets and, last but not least, one 6-fold accumulator.

A 😼Heinz bet is likeཧ a Lucky 63 bet but does not include single bets.

The Lucky 15 is similar to the Lucky 63 but is based on 4 events rather than 6. As the name suggests, it includes 15 bets which are made up of 4 singles, 6 doubles, 4 trebles and 1 fou🔴r-fold accumulator.
